ASHG membership runs January through December — the sooner you join, the sooner you start enjoying the benefits, including ASHG Members may book their hotels one week prior to nonmembers!

You must be a current ASHG member prior to purchasing registration to receive discounted registration rates. Reimbursements will not be provided if ASHG membership is purchased after registering.

To access ASHG member rates, make sure you are entering the same email address as used in the registrant’s membership profile.

  • 5 interactive workshops (member-proposed sessions, advance ticket purchase required).

  • 3,000+ poster sessions (abstract-driven).
  • Special sessions such as the Presidential Symposium, Presidential Address, Distinguished Speakers Symposium, and more!
  • Opportunities for collaboration with an interdisciplinary network of emerging and leading scientists.
  • Industry-driven technology solutions in the exhibit hall, CoLabs, and Industry Education sessions.
  • Continuing education credits are offered for CME, NSGC, and P.A.C.E. ®. A list of approved sessions and the number of credits available will be announced in September. You are required to register for the meeting and to apply for CME and NSGC credits. P.A.C.E. ® credits do not have a separate fee.
  • Workshops, receptions, career development events, and plenty of networking opportunities. Additional fees may apply.
