Career Hub
The Career Hub is a dedicated space within the Exhibit & Poster Hall that will host various career development events throughout the Annual Meeting.
ASHG will be hosting a Speed Mentoring event on Thursday, October 16, 2:30pm-4:00pm. During this new event, trainee and early career attendees are invited to sign-up prior to participate in brief 15-minute sessions with leaders in the genetics/genomics profession, designed to deepen their understanding of various career paths. This event offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable insights into various career journeys and learn strategies for professional growth.
On Friday, October 17, from 11:45am-1:15pm, ASHG will also be hosting a Hiring Mixer. This event will bring together hiring companies and job seekers. Employers will be able to efficiently connect with a diverse pool of candidates while job seekers can engage with multiple employers, explore various exhibiting companies, and make a lasting impression through in-person connections.
