Beware of Unauthorized Hotel Solicitations
Maritz is the only official housing company associated with ASHG. While other hotel resellers may contact you offering housing for your trip, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the meeting. Beware that entering into financial agreements with non-endorsed companies can have costly consequences. Please report websites impersonating ASHG to the FTC.
All communications regarding your housing would have come from the domains, ‘@eventshq.com and @exl.eventshq.com’.

Official ASHG receptions and other ancillary events will be held at the Hyatt Regency.
Shuttle service between hotels and the convention center is not available. While all hotels are conveniently located near the Colorado Convention Center, there are many options for your commute.
Deposits/Payment and Policies
A deposit equal to one night’s room and tax is required to guarantee your reservation(s) at all official ASHG Hotels. You will be required to provide a valid credit card with an expiration date and security code at the time of booking.
Each hotel has its own cancellation policy. When booking your reservation be sure to read the hotel’s cancellation policy. If you need to make any changes or cancellations to your reservation, please login to the reservation portal or call our housing helpline (available after registration opens). All changes are based on availability.
Confirmations
If you made a reservation using our housing provider’s, Maritz, system prior to the housing cutoff date for your hotel, a confirmation would have been sent from Maritz. You will also receive an email directly from your hotel after the housing cutoff date. Either confirmation number will work to check in for your reservation. An email address is mandatory to book your reservation and receive a reservation confirmation. Remember to check your spam filter for your email confirmation.

Space at each hotel is limited, so we recommend booking your hotel early to ensure you can book your desired hotel.
We work hard to clear all waitlisted nights as quickly as possible. Our goal is to clear within 3-5 business days, but it could take as long as 2 weeks. Once your request is confirmed you will receive your confirmation via email. If we cannot clear your request, we will reach out to you.
ASHG has specially negotiated rates you may access using the above booking link through our official housing provider, Maritz. We recommend booking early if you wish to stay at one of the budget hotels since they typically fill up quickly.
