Member Housing Priority Week
Join/renew your membership by May 12 to be eligible for the member benefit that allows you to reserve your hotel for ASHG 2025 a week prior to everyone else.
Hotel reservations will be available exclusively for ASHG members May 13; general housing for all attendees opens May 20.
ASHG provides specially negotiated reduced hotel rates amongst hotels close to the convention center for your trip to the Annual Meeting. More information will be available when general housing opens in Mid-May.
Headquarter hotels: Westin Boston Seaport District Hotel and Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel
Price estimates: Hotel rates will range between $265-$379 / night for single occupancy. Additional fees may apply for additional guests.
Official ASHG receptions and other ancillary events will be held at the Westin Boston Seaport District Hotel.
Exhibitors who wish to hold a group block of 10 or more rooms must be approved to reserve their blocks. Please follow the process in the housing link to obtain approval.
Shuttle service between hotels and the convention center is not available. While all hotels are near the Boston Convention & Exhibit Center, there are many options for your commute.

Deposits/Payment and Policies
A deposit equal to one night’s room and tax is required to guarantee your reservation(s) at all official ASHG Hotels. You will be required to provide a valid credit card with an expiration date and security code at the time of booking.
Each hotel has its own cancellation policy. When booking your reservation be sure to read the hotel’s cancellation policy. If you need to make any changes or cancellations to your reservation, please login to the reservation portal or call our housing helpline (available after registration opens). All changes are based on availability.
Confirmations
Hotel confirmations will be emailed to you from our housing provider, Maritz, once your reservation has been confirmed. You will receive an email directly from your hotel after the housing cutoff date (likely in September). Either confirmation number will work to check in for your reservation. An email address is mandatory to book your reservation and receive a reservation confirmation. Remember to check your spam filter for your email confirmation
Space at each hotel is limited, so we recommend booking your hotel early to ensure you can book your desired hotel.
We work hard to clear all waitlisted nights as quickly as possible. Our goal is to clear within 3-5 business days, but it could take as long as 2 weeks. Once your request is confirmed you will receive your confirmation via email. If we cannot clear your request, we will reach out to you.
ASHG has specially negotiated rates you may access using the above booking link through our official housing provider, Maritz. We recommend booking early if you wish to stay at one of the budget hotels since they typically fill up quickly.
