In this workshop, we will guide you through a research journey with the NHGRI Genomic Data Science Analysis, Visualization and Informatics Lab-space (AnVIL) – an ecosystem that brings together several interoperable components being built for researchers with little or no computational experience.

Learning Objectives:
- Identify the fundamental components of bioinformatics analysis in a cloud-native environment
- Examine accessing data (Gen3 Data Commons) and tools (Dockstore) that enable reproducible, robust analysis in the cloud.
- Apply analysis-in-the-cloud using a reproducible computational environment (Dockstore) in computational workspaces (Terra).
